Quantara is available for supported BOQ workflows. Current public capability labels identify whether a feature is available, controlled or limited, or not available.

A route, catalogue entry or interface label does not by itself guarantee that a provider, integration, package or commercial option is enabled for a particular company.

Users must provide accurate account and company information, maintain an authorized business email and use only access granted to them or their organization.

Users must protect passwords and sessions, promptly report suspected compromise and must not share or transfer access unlawfully.

Creating an account does not itself charge the user. Eligible authenticated companies may later be offered recurring subscription checkout only where a direct price is active, approved and synchronized with the configured payment provider.

Defined Enterprise subscription plans offered with an approved direct annual price may use authenticated checkout. Custom Enterprise scope, implementation services, one-time purchases and other non-direct commercial terms may require a separate written quotation or agreement.

The price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, invoice and termination terms shown at checkout or in the applicable quotation or order form govern the paid commitment.

Quantara does not replace a quantity surveyor, estimator, engineer, architect, project manager, commercial manager, procurement professional, legal adviser or other responsible professional. All extracted data, quantities, units, descriptions, rates, assumptions, exclusions and outputs require independent review.

Extraction, calculations, templates and generated documents may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, incorrect grouping or formatting issues. Users remain responsible for checking the original sources and final work.

Only formats and workflows currently identified as supported should be used. Text-based PDF, XLSX and CSV inputs have defined review paths; scanned image-only files do not receive OCR text extraction.

Quantara does not claim universal unattended geometry extraction from arbitrary native CAD, BIM, IFC, DWG or Revit models. Guided measurement, professionally entered dimensions and supported Autodesk/DWG metadata workflows remain available; other capabilities depend on their published status.

Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and confidentiality of content they submit and for deciding who may access it within their organization.

Users must have the rights and lawful authority to upload and process client drawings, specifications, supplier information, pricing, templates, personal data and other project records.

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not misuse the service, bypass security, upload malware, infringe rights or present unreviewed outputs as professionally certified work.

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal obligations, non-payment under applicable commercial terms or protection of other users.

The applicable quotation, order form or written agreement identifies the contracting party and any customer-specific governing-law or dispute terms for the paid service.
