Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects Quantara users, customers, data and service operations. It applies to public forms, accounts, integrations, APIs, project content and generated outputs.

Customers must ensure that their users and anyone acting through their accounts follow these requirements.

Permitted business use

Use Quantara only for lawful, authorized construction, estimating, BOQ, project-information, document and related business workflows within the features made available to the organization.

Prohibited conduct

Access another person's account, company, project or data without authorization.
Probe, bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, audit controls or other security measures.
Upload malware, destructive code, deceptive files or content designed to compromise the service or another system.
Infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or contractual rights.
Process personal data without lawful authority or ignore a valid restriction communicated by the relevant customer.
Use Quantara for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or harmful activity.
Create unreasonable automated load, scrape protected content or disrupt service availability.
Submit passwords, tokens, cookies or secrets through public sales, support or feedback fields.
Present unreviewed extraction, calculations or generated documents as certified, guaranteed or professionally approved work.
Resell, sublicense or expose access except where a written agreement expressly permits it.

Customer content and confidentiality

Upload only content the organization is authorized to process. Apply suitable internal classifications and do not use public forms for project files, BOQs or commercial rates.

Users must follow their organization's confidentiality, client, procurement and data-handling obligations when selecting files, integrations and recipients.

Professional responsibility

Users must check source evidence, measurements, equations, quantities, units, descriptions, rates, assumptions, exclusions and generated documents before professional, tender, procurement, contractual or construction use.

Quantara assistance is not a substitute for qualified professional judgement or required project approvals.

Enforcement and reporting

Quantara may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict an action or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements or material breach. Any contractual termination rights remain subject to the applicable agreement.

Report suspected misuse or a security issue through the verified support channel with enough non-confidential detail to begin an investigation.
